Asset Life

We’ve designed a simplified leasing process of fixed assets for your company.

The financing of fixed assets purchase, leasing or renting usually requires singing several contracts. Considering the number of assets or vehicles bigger companies possess, the amount of paperwork becomes almost unmanageable. Some contracts might require a renewal, while some could be replaced with more favorable variants.

We’ve created a platform that reduces the amount of paperwork required to handle your company’s assets. The sale or exchange of a fixed asset ends its use and our platform takes this into account from the very beginning. Once the financing period is over, you will receive optimized buyout offers.

Logo

The symbol is a metaphor for a full cycle of life of a fixed asset. We’ve looked at chain links and a closed cycle as an inspiration. The symbol reflects security, care and the complexity of an ongoing process in one place.

Challenge

women

Every company has different goals and needs. To cover a large variety of needs of different businesses and deliver it in a friendly and easily digestible form on all kinds of devices. Our idea was to create a step-by-step configurator capable of presenting all the available options and complex combinations.
According to our research, when comparing prices for different variants of a product, customers expect the prices to automatically reflect any customizations added to the chose variant of a product. This posed a great challenge, both technologically and accessibility-wise.

Process

We’ve built a brand and the entire corporate identity with the client. We’ve designed a website with a sophisticated control panel for the user and the ability to submit applications.
We’ve developed service templates for all kinds of fixed assets and a set of filters to help customers find what they need.
Our client provided us with the parameters necessary for calculating the 3 financing methods, although a change in legal regulations forced us to rethink some of the details.
We’ve simplified the process of choosing the type of insurance. We’ve added nearly 500 individual locations on the map and enabled our client to add his own.

Services

Even though the services are split into 5 categories, we’ve managed to cover all types of products with only two website templates to retain as much coherence as possible.
Each template features its own set of filters. The cars and trucks share the same template with a structured set of parameters. The second template is shared by appliances, machines and other office equipment.
Due to the complexity of the offer and the differences between the types of items, we’ve created a way for the client to create additional filters and subcategories.

Step-by-step

Our step-by-step configurator is the key to the whole puzzle. After choosing a product, the customer is prompted to begin configuring its aforementioned lifecycle.

  1. The customer picks a financing method out of the 3 available variants and sets its parameters.
  2. The client is then presented with the details regarding the insurance. They can also order a detailed calculation.
  3. The next step is the map, where the customer can discover a list of service centers for the chosen asset.
  4. The client then receives a simulation of value impairment during the financing period and decides whether they want to resell the asset after the financing period ends.
  5. Upon the finalization of the process the customer is prompted to log in or register.
